Flex Billing is a subscription-based billing and shop management platform for flex & print shops, offering GST invoicing, customer ledger, expense tracking, staff attendance and WhatsApp invoice delivery, among other features.
You retain ownership of all business data you enter — invoices, customers, expenses, employee records, and so on. We store and process this data to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for the accuracy of GST rates, business details and other information you enter on invoices.
Invoice and reminder messages sent to your customers over WhatsApp are delivered through a third-party WhatsApp Business API provider. Message delivery depends on WhatsApp/Meta's policies and infrastructure, which are outside our control; we'll do our best to flag and resolve any delivery issues.

Flex Billing is provided "as is." While we work to keep the service reliable and accurate, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or damages arising from service interruptions, third-party WhatsApp/payment gateway issues, or errors in data you've entered yourself.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Flex Billing after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Unlimited Webs is registered.
